From speaking with Juan, it’ s clear that Easy Foods will continue to rapidly grow, accelerating production by implementing
automation and robotics.“ One of the driving factors for using more automation was the lack of available employees after the pandemic, so we decided to reduce the number of people we employ by automating some processes like palletizing,” Juan says.“ By consolidating our workforce, we’ re able to take better care of our employees by raising wages, which has in turn reduced turnover.
