Pizza opportunities are never too far away at RPM, with 90 percent of its franchisees moving up from a team member position. Aside from that, however, RPM is dedicated to providing employment opportunities for all, offering great flexibility across its conveniently located stores, with team members making up to 15 percent more money than the industry average.
Extending the love beyond its stores, RPM is committed to community engagement. Last year, the company helped to raise over $ 1.8 million for local schools, safety groups and organizations through its various fundraising initiatives. For instance, RPM supports local causes by hosting one-day fundraising events at their local stores, where it donates 20 percent of the sales generated on the day back to the respective charity. RPM also offers the opportunity to sell Domino’ s fundraising cards that can be sold to raise a profit, each of which includes ten‘ Buy One, Get One Free Specials’, providing a great deal for both the charity and the customer. In addition, the company regularly donates pizza to fundraising events, either for concession sales or sponsorship purposes.
Complementary to its charity work, RPM has a number of initiatives in place to support children, students and those who go out of their way to assist others. Domino’ s’‘ Slice Above The Rest’ cards, for example, offer exclusive discounts to teachers, educational support staff, first responders, and military personnel, and its Student Reward Cards, issued as a part of RPM’ s Circle of Excellence Program, provide the perfect reward for students achieving their goals. Teachers can also treat their students to a trip to their local Domino’ s store, which gives the children a behindthe-scenes look at the inner workings of the store, with the opportunity to make their
own pizzas. With a plethora of these projects ongoing at any given time, RPM’ s community value is just one of the key ingredients that keeps the company a cut above its competitors, all in line with its dedication to“ Creating Smiles”.
