Through its state-of-the-art facilities, Byrne offers a diverse range of dairy products, as Thomas highlights.“ While we run a small ice cream facility, our primary focus remains on ESL and shelf-stable dairy. Thanks to our two Northeast facilities, we have established ourselves as a leader in private label and comanufactured ESL and aseptic dairy, serving customers across the US. Our core products consist of specialty and flavored milks, including lactose-free and organic options, as well as ultra-filtered milks, half-and-half, creams, and coffee creamers available in various sizes and formats.”
Further bolstering its presence across the country and ability to develop its new products, Byrne opened its own innovation center adjacent to its DeWitt plant in 2024. Alongside investing in innovation, the company is also investing $ 120 million to expand its Cortlandville site.
