In 1930, Founder Lonas Swaggerty began crafting pork sausage in Sevier County, Tennessee, using time-honored methods and quality ingredients to help sustain his family and serve his community. What started as a necessity evolved into a lasting legacy and grew from a local favorite to a trusted presence on family tables nationwide. Today, Swaggerty’ s Farm remains family owned and operated in the same Tennessee valley where it was established, still guided by the belief that a premium sausage starts with fresh pork, no shortcuts, and an uncompromising commitment to flavor.
