We’ re a pork sausage company and don’ t plan to expand too far beyond that category, but there are certainly a lot of innovations that are in development within the category. Whether it’ s expanding our handheld breakfast sandwich line or creating new flavors, we look at all opportunities as they arise, whilst still staying focused on what we do best,” Jon explains.“ Our business plan as we go forward is centered around strategic growth. We want to partner with new
