Here at Food Chain , we were lucky enough to try the award-winning [ MOCK ] ® Lamb Pieces and [ MOCK ] ® Chicken Pieces . Both are highly versatile plant-based products with impressive protein content that can be used to replace meat in a variety of dishes .
Very impressed with how closely [ MOCK ] ® products resemble chicken and lamb , even uncooked . Extremely easy and quick to prepare , they smelt great when cooking , held their shape and took on a golden crispy hue . Most importantly , they tasted great and maintained a very realistic texture of both meats . Even a devoted carnivore tester was converted – high praise indeed !
