Since it was established over 90 years ago, Byrne Dairy( Byrne) has experienced continuous growth, primarily by investing in innovation and technology. The company specializes in extended shelf-life( ESL) and ultra-high temperature( UHT) beverages, offering both refrigerated and shelf-stable formats. Based in Central New York, Byrne operates an ESL and UHT pasteurization plant in DeWitt, and an
ESL manufacturing facility in Cortlandville. Through these state-of-the-art co-packing facilities and extensive distribution capabilities, Byrne ensures its customers can deliver high quality products into the hands of their consumers.
