It ’ s an achievable goal , but we recognize that the next couple of years will be challenging , especially considering the current economic climate in the US . Consumers are experiencing pricing fatigue , and they are becoming more cautious about their spending habits . To overcome this , we need to be smart about our labor management , cost of goods , and waste reduction . Additionally , we must maintain the integrity of our brand and focus on speed of service , beverage development , and technology integration ,” he ends .
